2019 Labor Day Liftoff

Every Labor Day weekend, Colorado Springs hosts the Labor Day Liftoff hot air balloon festival at Memorial Park near downtown. This year, about 80 hot air balloons took part in the event, with takeoffs starting just as the sun came up. I rode my bike to the park and walked around taking pictures. Bonus, I got to change my first bike tire in years on my way home!
